IGBC founding members:

Bhoruka Park Pvt Ltd has now officially become the founding member of the IGBC after their constant and staunch faith and practice towards contributing continuously to a green corporate.

International Property Awards:

Real estate Industry’s most prestigious award, the International Property Award which was won by Bhoruka Park for its first project. Held at Kuala Lampur, Malaysia on the 27th of April 2012 which was attented by the Chairman of the company, Mr. S.N Agarwal, the MD, Mr. Siddhartha Agarwal and the COO, Mr, Vishal Jhunjhunwala.

This award was bestowed upon us under the catergory of Office Development India.

Various such awards have been backed by Bhoruka Park over the years.

Fire Drill Mock Session:

At Bhoruka Tech Park, at regular intervals fire drill sessions are conducted not only for the occupied building employees but also for all the in house staff and security staff as they are the first people to get access to all the fire hydrants with hose reel and extinguishers.

Both men and women have had exposure to these sessions and are well versed with all the steps involved in problem solving regarding fire break outs.
